We don't collect much about you. Here's what we do collect, what we do with it, and how we protect it.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can browse and play games without registering or giving us any personal information.

If you email us or report a problem, we'll have your email address. That's the only time we ask for details about who you are.

What technical data do we collect?

When you visit PlayRoki, we collect basic information: your IP address, what browser you're using, which pages you visit, how long you spend on them. This helps us figure out what's working and what needs fixing.

What about the games?

Developers create games on our platform. We require them to strip out external links and ads so you get a clean experience.

If a developer collects data about you while you're playing their game, that's between you and them—we're not involved in that part. But we've set rules: developers can only use cookies if you wouldn't normally be required to consent, and the privacy impact has to be zero or minimal. We check this through contracts.

How do we protect your data?

We encrypt data in transit and at rest. We limit who on our team can access your information. If something goes wrong, we have a procedure that includes notifying you and the relevant authorities.

Who's responsible for what?

PlayRoki handles the data we collect. Developers, payment processors, and other third parties handle their own data separately.
